Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Influencer OS (a product developed and operated by Elivayt Brand Solutions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Who Can Use Influencer OS

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You must be a content creator with an active Instagram Creator or Business account to use the creator features. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Influencer OS, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate content rates on your media kit.
  • Leave genuine and honest reviews for brands.
  • Only log real collaborations and brand deals.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Brand Responsibilities

Brands submitting proposals through Influencer OS agree to do so with honest budget intent and a genuine desire to collaborate. Submitting fake proposals, spamming creators, or using the platform to harvest creator data is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Influencer OS to:

  • Submit fake reviews or inflate your IO Score artificially.
  • Impersonate any person or brand.
  • Spam creators with irrelevant collaboration requests.
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and link to via Influencer OS. Influencer OS owns the platform, including its design, codebase, features, and the IO Score algorithm. You may not copy or reverse engineer any part of our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Influencer OS provides software tools to help manage your business. We are not a party to any deals, contracts, or payments between creators and brands. We are not liable for unpaid invoices, breached contracts, or disputes arising from collaborations facilitated through our platform.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last updated" badge.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
